Spellpower to weapon tbc. That seems like it would be much more important. +30 Spellpower is just 30 extra damage onto a spell, that's not much. And that's only spells that have 100% coefficients, like DoTs, so it would be 30 damage divided by the number of ticks, and that's the best case scenario. Most spells wouldn't even get the full 30.
