Problem 1: It displays the new resource of shadow instanity, however shadow also still has mana. So there is no way to display mana. I woud love that [curpp] keeps displaying mana on Shadowpriest and you add an extra tag for the new instanity resource because this way I can keep using the same profil for my shadowpriest as for all my other classes in my UI..

Seems that Shadowed Unit Frames is the best option nowaways. It's highly customizable and easy to set up. I really really really hate x-perl (used it in WotLK) and really like Shadowed Unit Frames.
